We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a free return for US residents only (Excluding Alaska & Hawaii)

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. You will not be refunded for your exchange if the item has any wear or distress, pet hair, odors (good or bad), and stains from cosmetics, lotions, deodorants, etc. Swimwear protective panty liner must be intact and undamaged.

Once you initiate a return, you will obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Damages and issues                                                                             Damages must be reported within 3 days. If it isn't reported within that time frame we cannot generate a refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds                                                                                                               We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, please allow 2-3 days for a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
